Aqualube 3000 Concentrate

A fluoropolymer based lubricant designed specifically for use as a sizing lube for Hi-Tek coated bullets.

• reduces the effort needed to size coated bullets.
• Very useful for large diameter bullets and bullets with long driving bands.
• Will not harm cured coatings.
• Hi-Tek can be applied over Aqualube 3000 if necessary.
• Does not contaminate powder.
• Reduces wear on sizing die

To reduce the shipping cost, Aqualube 3000 Concentrate is sold as a non-flammable water based concentrate.

The pre-measured concentrate needs to be further reduced with a solvent. Denatured alcohol is preferred. Isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) can be used with good effect as well. Acetone also works well but tends to evaporate faster. Add solvent based on volume of mixture being made as per mixing instructions.

Once solvent is added, solution becomes a Flammable Liquid.

After dilution, simply spray a light coat on to the bullets to be sized. Aqualube 3000 dries to a clear slick film. 

Like all Hi-Tek products a little goes a long way.

100ml - makes 2 liters after Dilution

200ml - makes 4 liters after Dilution

900ml - makes 18 liters after Dilution
