Hi-Tek Heat Set Supercoat in a powdered format. Same product as the liquid version but in an easy to use powder.
Hi-Tek powder is built with the latest generation resins and has the 2-extreme catalyst built in. To use, simply measure out the appropriate amount of powder and add Acetone or M.E.K. (7 ounces of powder makes up to 32 fluid ounces of bullet coating).
Complete instructions are included.
Excellent coating. Very black and covers easily. No worries about over-baking as it can't get any darker. Perfect if you want to bake the last coat at 450 F, for an hour, and water quench to heat treat your alloy. Bruce on Dec 21st 2016
This stuff works great for producing large batches of ammo for low cost. Greatly reduces smoke compared to standard lube. Great for speed competition shooting so you can shoot a lot and not smoke out your target. I am a repeat customer, and really like the different colors. It is an easy process and totally worth trying! Unknown on Nov 26th 2016
Probably the best customer service response I have ever had. I understand email works fine, but direct person to person communications is the best. Solve my problem very fast. The coating works just as they say it will, it is messy, but it looks great.
Jim, thanks for the kind words, glad to hear you have things worked out.

Of the products I have used, the HiTek coating has worked the best with the least amount of labor required to get good results. I am very happy with my results. Edd Badgley on Nov 13th 2016
I love you guys! I order the Zombie Bullet coating and get it 2 days later! WOW- that is service everyone should have. As always-impressed with the product. Advice to everyone- don't buy the small container of powder- godhead and buy next larger size---you are going to love this stuff! Danny F. on Nov 10th 2016
Easy to use. Did its job. My new go to product. Very satisfied customer on Oct 25th 2016
This system will produce perfectly coated bullets as directed. YOU MUST, YOU MUST follow the directions in order to get the results wanted.
Use load data from your cast reference material, Lyman , RCBS and so on.
I had initially had difficulty with the end product not passing the smear test, but an adjustment to baking time corrected the issue with only one attempt. Steven on Sep 29th 2016
I decided to try this to try and get cast bullets to make it through my bullet feeder. Mission accomplished! But there's so much more...just forget about traditional lubing and sizing. This is the way to go. I doubt I'll ever go back. Al on Sep 24th 2016
I have been a bullet caster/re-loader for 30 years. this is by far the best product to come along for me. Following the directions, I found two applications is sufficient but I like to do three. Glock barrels are clean and shining after a 100 rounds. Very easy to use. Thanks for a great product.

Ordered the product online and it was on my door step 3 days later! The instructions are clear and concise. Application is MUCH easier and FASTER than the powder coating process that I have been using. No change in accuracy from PC. Two coats of HT seems a bit less durable than PC but certainly durable enough for our use. The HT coatings final thickness on each boolit is more consistent than what I was able to achieve with PC. I will certainly will be doing more experimenting with this product. tim... on Aug 29th 2016
